Hi Mr.Ervin Ter, I feel bad for you having to cook by yourself.I have tried to make the same dish before and it does not taste so bad. My wife she is from the Philippines and I'm from US. I think my wife's cooking is better. In the Philippines my wife calls it Bihon it's very tasty when she cooks it. Hey good luck next time.
